Does the garage slab come out too?

Garage prices assume the slab stays. Slab removal is priced separately — $5.50 per sq ft for plain concrete ($1,595 minimum), or $695 for a small slab up to 150 sq ft.

What about asbestos?

Buildings from before 1980 need asbestos testing before demolition. Testing starts at $175.

Do I need a permit?

Some projects do. If yours needs one, the permit is billed at cost.

Do you take metal sheds and outbuildings?

Yes — sheds are priced the same for wood or metal, and barns or outbuildings are $4.75 per sq ft with a $3,195 minimum.
