How is a cleanout priced?
By measured volume. We measure the pile's length, width and average height in feet; every eighth of a load is about 25 cubic feet, from $149 for 1/8 up to $459 for a full 196 cu ft load.
Do I need to be there?
Not necessarily. If the property is accessible and you've confirmed the scope and price ahead of time, we can often finish without you there. We confirm by phone or text first and send photos when it's done.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes — unit turnovers, eviction cleanouts and move-out debris, with bundle discounts for multiple units booked together. Partners also get their own online portal.
What does the price include?
Our crew does the loading, and labor, fuel and dump fees are included. Stairs add $25 and disassembly adds $45.
